Description
Like Fallopia convolvulus, but the stem is typically longer, terete, smooth or low-ridged and slightly papillose. The lamina is narrower, glabrous, with a cordate baseThe segments of the perianth are not papillose. Three outermost tepals are alate, and the wing is typically light-colored, wide and undulate. The pedicel is 5–8 mm long with a node at half-way.
