Insects are the most species-rich group of organisms in Finland. About 24,000 species of insect species are known from Finland, so there is plenty to study and learn. To ease grasping the diverse group, a guide 'Insects of Finland - Guide to Orders' has been produced at the Finnish Museum of Natural History Luomus.
The guide is in Finnish with only order names in English.
