Origin and general distribution
Agile frogs are common in many countries in Southern and Central Europe. Closest to Finland, it occurs in Denmark and Southern Sweden. Typical habitats of the species are deciduous forests, swamps, and wet grasslands.
Apparently, the agile frog has not been a common pet in terraria. At least, the species seems not to be in demand among enthusiasts in Finland.
